These are a cross known as a Shorkie. This is absolutely not a cross I breed intentionally. My little Biewer Yorkshire terrier was able to squeeze through the 2x4 fencing and get to my girl. We have since fixed the issue. Mom is a 10 lb shihtzu and dad is 5.5 lb Biewer Yorkshire terrier.
